Thisinsuranceisnotforthehome,butforyourbelongings,personalpropertythatwillbeinthehome.8. CheckIna. Pleasebethoroughandtakephotosforyourownrecords.b. Afteryouhavecompletedyourcheckin,wewillreviewwithyouwhichitemsneedbeaddressedbythelandlordandwhichitemsyouarewillingtoacceptbutwishtohavenoted.9. Repairswhileyouareinthehomea. Ourleasecontainswhatwecalla“Non‐Frivolity”Clause.Itmeansthatthetenantisresponsibleforthefirst$XXofanyrepairs.(seeyourleaseforamt)b.
